Teacher Appreciation Gifts: DIY

Happy Teacher Appreciation Day! It is Teacher Appreciation Week this week!

Your children may not think that teachers are people (or moms), so it is our job to remind them, and on Teacher Appreciation Day anything that comes from my children's hearts will mean the world to their teachers.

Since we attend academy, there is such a different set of requirements for my children's teachers. They touch my kid's hearts in such a tremendous way, because they too, are homeschool moms and like me, they are leading my children to work well, honestly and glorify God.  The very least  can do is bring something for my children to hand to their teachers on this day.

I wanted to share the gift baskets that I made for my children's academy teachers this week.

Teacher Appreciation Gifts Day Thanks A Latte Gift

I purchased these wonderful little baskets (one for each teacher), delicious yogurt covered pretzels, a Starbucks latte, sticky note pads, Ghiradelli chocolates, and a desk ornament. I simply cut some bakers twine and tied a fun straw to each latter with a label that said "thanks a latte", added some stuffing to the bottom and added one of each item to a basket.

Super Simple!
