1 - Indian Healing Clay

Aztec Secrets’ Indian Healing Clay is like this bottle of magic that the magician pulls out of his hat! It’s A-MAZ-ING stuff and really good for deep cleansing, pore shrinking, skin tightening and glowing, hands down the BEST acne mask ever. To make your own mask for your face, take tsp of clay and 3 tsp of apple cider vinegar, mix thoroughly (WITH A PLASTIC OR WOODEN SPOON ONLY) and apply liberally to your face and wait for it to dry. Then rinse off. You will literally feel it pulling and shrinking your skin! (you can use water instead of ACV if you have super sensitive skin) It will take about two days before you see the best results, but use it once a week, and in a month - your skin will GLOW! This is great for the bumps on your arms too if you get those (my daughters do, I do not and it has helped them so much). This mixture is also great for mosquito bites in the summer.

2 - Witch Hazel

Dickinson's Witch Hazel Astringent is a great tip for skin with acne! It helps that it is 100% all-natural! Witch Hazel is really good at breaking up the oils on your skin (your face) and preventing blackheads. I make another solution for spot treatment of acne and blemish treatment with Witch Hazel. I take a small bottle (I currently use an old Mario Badescu Glass Bottle of Drying Lotion that I used to purchase for $17.00 a bottle until I realized I could make my own!!) and fill it 1/3 with calamine lotion, then 2/3 full with the witch hazel. Then add about 10 drops of tea tree essential oil and DO NOT SHAKE. Use a cotton swab to dip to the bottom of the bottle and dab on the blemish. It’s perfection at drying out acne!

3 -  LilyAna Naturals Retinol Cream Moisturizer

I have been using prescribed retinol cream for years. I began using it in my 40’s due to hormonal acne after I stopped nursing my last baby. Thankfully, I have great insurance and a little bit goes a long way. But, I ran out and never went back to the dermatologist, so I searched for an over-the-counter retinol cream. , Lilyana Naturals Retinol Cream Moisturizer is A-MAZ-ING and an absolute bargain! It is right around $20 and the container is bigger than I thought when I first purchased it. I use this moisturizer mostly on my neck and my hand right now and I really do see visible changes with fine lines and wrinkles. I don’t have any sun damage or stretch marks, but I have many friends who say it works great for those areas as well!

4 - La Roche-Posay Dual Action Acne Treatment Cream

For a few years now, my kids have used prescription acne cream. However, it still cost me $50 a bottle AND it really wasn’t working that well for my teens. So I have been on the hunt for a replacement for them. We tried numerous over the counter acne creams and well, really, not much has worked. Until I decided to spend a bit more money. La Roche-Posey Acne Cream is a bit more expensive, but I was paying $50 for prescription acne cream, so this is still saving me $20 AND it has cleared up teen acne.

In addition to the La Roche-Posay Dual Action Acne Treatment Cream  I purchase for my kiddos, I really like La Roche-Posay products!! I have struggled with swollen sebaceous glands on my forehead for years! As soon as I started using La Roche product, they have been shrinking! I have had these swollen glands on my face for over 5 years and NOTHING the dermatologist ever gave me worked - and I mean nothing! It was so frustrating. These glands have almost completely disappeared and my forehead looks so good now!

I use the La Roche-Posay Effaclar Adapalene Gel 0.1% Acne Treatment, La Roche-Posey Redermic R Retinol Cream, and the La Roche Redermic R Retinol Eye Cream.

5 - Miracle Patches & Skin Tag Remover Patches

Miracle patches are LIFE-CHANGING! For me at least! I never had acne until around the age of 42 or 43. It was a weird thing for me to get acne like a 15-year-old at age 43 let me tell you! I have spent YEARS going to a dermatologist for my skin - NOTHING - and I mean NOTHING has worked! I have to do a little bit of everything to even get semi-clear skin. I have not had clear skin in over a decade now and it really sucks!

I started using Miracle Patches over the summer and they really worked! My daughters use these as well and have had good luck! They are very sheer and easy to conceal if you are just around your house. I mostly just sleep in mine, and yes, they are still there in the morning.

So, I also use skin tag remover patches on my swollen sebaceous glands on my face and cheeks. For some reason, these used with the cream above have been shrinking my swollen glands. I will say, that I have used these on skin tags, and they do not work. So don’t purchase them for skin tags because nothing will happen. The only issue I have is that since these swollen glands are on my face, I don’t leave them on more than 12 hours at a time. I think if I would be able to leave the patches in place until they fall off, I might have quicker results. But, since they are on my forehead and cheek, I take them off in the morning.

I would really love to find some skin tag remover patches or a product that does actually work - I have purchased a ton of different products and nothing will remove my skin tags — except a good pair of scissors. I WISH my dermatologist would just remove these skin tags and let me use my health insurance — but she will not. She says they are completely not affecting my life in any way and that I have to pay 100% out of pocket if I want them removed - AND she charges $200 PER SKIN TAG! I think she’s bonkers!

I would love some recommendations from anyone who has had luck with any OTC skin tag remover products.

6 -  Premium Synthetic Kabuki Makeup Brush Set

I don’t know about you, but I have a love-hate relationship with my makeup brushes. I find a set I love, and then use them so much, that I end up hating them! LOL! Plus, I have daughters who come in and swipe my brushes and NEVER clean them and then I don’t want them any longer! This Kabuki Makeup Brush set is SO affordable at under $10 that I don’t get too upset when I need to purchase another set.

7 - Magicfly Lighted Vanity Mirror

Every bathroom needs a Lighted Vanity Mirror - especially if you have contact wearers in your home (3 of the 5 of us wear contacts). My daughter uses this awesome suction lighted mirror and I use this touch screen lighted mirror (LOVE IT!!) Which my husband is always using to put in and take out his contacts. These mirrors are great as gifts for all your friends and loved ones and the one above is great for traveling.

8 -  Tinkle Eyebrow Razors, Pack of 2

There is really a reason why Tinkle Eyebrow Razors have such A-MAZ-ING reviewsl! They are SUPER affordable, and they make eyebrow(AND FACE) grooming an absolute breeze. My daughters are MUCH hairier than I am and I never had a need for these products until my girls hit puberty! Imagine my surprise when they had so MUCH hair that needed to be groomed! #redheadproblems!

9 - Kate Blanc Organic NEEM Oil

Cold-pressed NEEM oil is an amazingly wonderful product. My youngest daughter purchased it for me a few years ago and I have been hooked ever since! My hair literally used to fall out in clumps and it would never grow. I started using NEEM oil and now my hair is 6 inches longer than it used to be and it rarely ever falls out any longer! It helps acne, fine lines, and scars too. It really helps with dermatitis (dandruff) acne, eczema, and anti-aging by tightening the skin to help keep your skin hydrated and supple. I love that this Organic NEEM Seed Oil from Kate Blanc is very affordable too! My daughters also use it and their hair is so healthy!

10 - Hard Water Shampoo & Conditioner SET

Does anyone else have a husband who absolutely REFUSES to allow you to have a water softener in their home - ?? Mine won’t - I have been begging for decades! No joke! He won’t budge! My skin is so dry, I have terrible eczema, my kids all have terrible eczema - my head, my son's head, both my daughters’ heads - we all have psoriasis because of the hard water situation in our home. We literally LOVE to go to hotels to help our psoriasis ridden heads! Like, our scalps feel SO good on vacation! What is a family to do when their husband/father - who is practically bald I might add and has NONE of these issues - refuses to get a water softener - well - you have to use hard water shampoo and conditioner to help your hair and scalp out.

PLUS ++ BONUS

I had to add a bonus because if you have daughters that share a bathroom — this is a MUST!! LOL!

Rotating Clear Makeup Organizer

My daughters share a bathroom and one daughter is super clean and organized and puts her belongings away — while the other one is like a Tasmanian devil barreling through the bathroom leaving it in total destruction when she departs. It really amazes me that she is my daughter with the messes she leaves behind! She throws nothing in the trash bin, she hangs zero towels back up, she leaves the lids and caps off of everything, and never closes drawers or cupboards. It’s so annoying! This clear rotating makeup organizer has been a lifesaver to my ears for all the complaining I hear! I am linking two different rotating makeup organizers because the one above has higher edges on the sides and I feel as if fewer products fall out when the organizer is turned — THIS particular clear organizer is a few dollars less, but the edges are slightly lower. Which would work for me - an adult - but totally DID NOT work for my messy teen!!

There you have it - my TOP 10 BEST BEAUTY BUYS on Amazon that won’t break your bank account! I actually use these products, most of these on a weekly basis and some - every single day!
