My children will pour over these books letting me know about the amazing feats people in our nation and across the world achieve. Guinness World Records 2016 is packed with NEW and more amazing achievements.

MEET THE RECORD BREAKERS

How about the most adorable little pooch in the world. Most balls caught by a dog with the paws in one minute = 14. A dog - catching balls - with her paws!

Purin is a 9-year-old beagle from Tokyo, who broke her previous record of 11 balls caught to make it into this years’ book by catching 14 this time around! Purrin can skateboard, walk on two legs, and rope skip. My kids want to meet Purin!

This one I think is intriguing to be because both of mybrothers are Arborists. They use chains saws everyday and teach classes on safety. Here is a man who tosses chain saws about?! The most throws and catches while juggling three chainsaws: 94

Comes with the warning -- Do Not Try This At Home!

Here is another great one that we loved. The Longest Fur on a Rabbit. The Longest fur on a rabbit is 14.37 inches and belongs to 2-year-old English Angora rabbit Franchesca, from California. We have a white rabbit in our home that is my kid's pet. He has fur - but, totally not this long. Did you know rabbits actually shed their fur twice a year. They molt and grow new fur and the old fur molts off. It is a huge messy mess. I can not even image trying to brush 14 inches of molted fur off Franchesca!

My daughter loved this one! Do you have any idea how hard it is to walk in clogs let alone run?

Guinness World Records 2016

This Germany man ran the world’s fastest 100 meters in clogs at 16.27 seconds and the fastest 100 meters wearing ski boots at 17.65 seconds. He likes setting records! I wonder what he will attempt next year!?

I think we might take a trip to Union, Missouri this summer. Why, you ask? Well, I think we might look for the the world's largest hot dog cart. There is one in Union, Missouri.

Guinness World Records 2016

The "Hot Dog Man" built the cart at 12 feet tall, 9 feet wide and 23 feet long. The cart has a drive through, a bathroom and serves up to 300 people every day. We hope to be 5 of those people next year!
