« My Home Tour Cont »
Friday, July 31 I will continue the tour today on the upper level, to my son's room. He initially had baby girl's room, but when in 2006 when we returned from China, pregnant, we moved him into the guest bedroom. We let him pick the colors, theme and design. He was in love with SpiderMan at the time, so the theme is just that!
I think now, as he will be turning 8 at the end of the year, he is tiring of SpiderMan. I have moved a lot of the SpiderMan "elements" out of his room already (to sell at a garage sale), but nothing has really taken the place.
His entrance, my son is all about skulls right now
the first peek
dormer view, painted white or the room would be like a tomb
entertainment center/fish tank (that I am the only one who takes care of)
book case/entertainment center
baby girl likes to lay in brother's room and watch television {the little lambie is from Germany, I purchased it right before we got married (knowing that I would be getting pregnant asap), but my son never took to it, it lays on the floor now as a rug, baby girl loves to cuddle on it}Loos
Office
Kitchen & Family Room
Living Room & Dining Room
outside, entrance, foyer
Next week I will showcase my daughter's room and the following week I will finish the tour of my home in the basement. And then basically, summer is over (boo hoo).

Your house is so cool!
I love the boldness of your sons room. I am getting ready to create a 'space' for my stepson since he will be moving in with us after the new year...trying to figure out a little boys room (when you have girls) is so different.

What a fun room for a boy!! I love it!! I have been loving this tour of your home - its so fun and beautiful!!!
first of all... what the hell??? you were there?? i thought you'd be the easiest to spot with a long, flowing red mane. i agree... that sucks. i had my eye out for you.
so, i clicked on all the links and i am all caught up. LOVED your bedroom. i tissued my powder room, but the poly i used has yellowed and now it just looks gross.
i still can't believe i didn't get to meet you. : (
The entrance to his room looks very dungeon chique... combined with the pink walls it's brilliant. Love it!
How creative! And is that a Batman TV? Too cool!
:) Robin
Oh I love it - the dark walls are really cool.
So are you moving towards a space theme? I can see you hand painting the ceiling with the galaxy.
You are one amazing, talented, incredible woman! I hope your family appreciates you!
Fun room!
That cieling fan is awesome!
That's one lucky boy. As my son would say, that's AWWWSOOME!
Love the tours, you've got a beautiful home.
The contrast between the skulls and puppies is funny! Really cute room!
What a great boys room! That fan is awesome! Did you have to custom order it from somewhere??
He sure does love the puppies! I love it.
Thank you for your kind words on my Passing the Bed post. It means so much, lady. thank you.
What a great room! Is that a telescope? Very cool! And that is so very sweet that he has those puppies :)
Cute, cute, cute. I like the bold colors in his room.
It looks nice! Kaishon's room is still white and boring. I wanted to have a mural painted there but I couldn't decide what would be a nice theme that could last at least 5 years. I have to get on that. Thanks for reminding me : )
OK, I'm loving the colors and the Spider Man pic!
Love the colors in his room. He ws definitely a Spidey fan!!!
love the red and blue, and that he lets his sister lie around in his room too!
