we used to LOVE snakes when we were little. Looking back, we probably manhandled them just as much as your little kiddos. Ah! but the joy of discovery! Something they'll never forget!
EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!
My cousin in New Jersey breeds and sales snakes for a living!
I was surprised when I first touched one, it felt like silk.
Ewww.....I do not like snakes one bit.
My kids are snake charmers too! Well, not really, more like snake torturers! In any case they do not have a fear of all things slimey or reptilian or multi-legged like their mom!
I could not find your blog earlier. I was all confused. So glad to see I could find it tonight!
wow! brave children :) i am impressed your daughter was holding the snake too! looks like they had fun though!
YUCK!!! I do not like snakes. :)
They are BRAVE!! You wouldn't catch me anywhere near that thing! HA!
Brave, brave kids. :)
I remember playing with little snakes in our backyard as a kid. Now, I don't think so ;)
I HATE SNAKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
LOL, that's probably how our puppy feels!!
Happy WW!
Oh that thing creeps me out! I can't stand snakes at all!
So I pretty much just had to scroll down to the comments cuz I HATE snakes. They way creep me out :)
Those are my type of kids!! I can't wait to find a snake for Tommy this summer!!
Whoa! Your kids are brave! Such cute pictures of them!
Great photos. I am absolutely terrified of all snakes!
Wow!!!!!
Yikes!! where did u get that???
Have a ♥Lovely♥ WW!!!
Eeek!
I'm a bit freaked out, but loving your awesome photos!
Happy WW!
I echo Kristina EEK!!!!!!
OMG, I can't believe that your daughter had that thing so close to her face. My daughter (and probably son) would've been running and screaming...right behind me! *LOL*
My WW ~ http://www.crazyworkingmom.com/2009/06/wordless-wednesday-its-not-gonna-be.html" rel="nofollow">How to tell it's going to be a bad day
i'd expect this from the boy.. but the girl, BRAVE!
What bold, beautiful children! YAY!
OMGosh! Your children are super brave! My children would have totally flipped a lid or something.
No thank you!!!!!!!!!!
Oh my goodness, I just go the chills! YUCK! My son loved the pics, though! I can't believe that they're not even remotely scared of it!
Yet another reason I love alaska. No snakes!! (at least, not wild ones, some folks have 'em as pets.)
Brave little ones! I am sure the snake was just fine!
I have one word for you:
AGGGGHHHH!!!
They are crazy brave! :-)
Fun! I adore snakes. I had two snakes for a very long time. When they got so big they had to eat big mice, though, I had to give them up. It was hard enough feeding them pinkies. I miss them, though. I used to love feeling them wrap all around my fingers and hands.
Happy WW from Sara @ The Mostly Wordless Wednesday H.Q.!
My kids would have freaked out. My son freaks over bees so I am sure a snake would send him running and screaming. LOL
Ack! EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW........
I would have been long gone and not even thought about taking pics!
At first I thought she was eating it! LOL
Ewwww....snakes!
Yikes!! That is quite scarry!
EWWWWWWWWWWWWWW I am going to have the creepy crawlies all day now they frighten me something fierce! Your children are brave!
They are so brave! There is no way I would have touched a snake when I was little, much less now!!
Looks like they had fun but I'm not sure about the snake.
OMG, cute AND brave! Great combo! (Yucky snake though, lol)
Oh my goodness, my first thought was that is one brave girl!
Still having the shakes here. But I am sure that snake was ready to be done with them :)
That looks like fun!
Wow, at first I thought it was one of those rubbery things from the prize bin at Chuck E Cheese, lol. That's so cool that they were into that snake and got to play with it. I bet their little minds were on overdrive :D
Awesome pics...your daughter can show them to her boyfriends :P
No!!!!!! No!!!!!
Snakes are my biggest irrational fear! NO!!!
Your children are darling--and the snake is bleeehhhhhhh! So it's really saying something on my part when I can say that the pictures, with the looks of fascination and discovery on your babies' faces are just precious! It takes some really, really cute kids to balance out the shiver factor of the snake! ;o)
Blessings!
Great pics! My girls love snakes! I can't wait to show them these pics!
Happy WW!

Ewe! No I do not miss being a kid again because me...I would not hold that thing for all the $ in the world! :)
